The head of the “Come Back Alive” foundation, Taras Chmut, announced that the number of TCС alert groups in Ukraine is being expanded.

He made this statement in an interview with Roman Kravets for the “Look” project on “Ukrainska Pravda.”

When discussing the ineffectiveness of the mobilization system, Chmut mentioned, among other things, that the number of TCС alert groups, which are directly involved in mobilization activities on the streets, is currently being increased.

“Because there is a plan – 30 thousand (mobilized per month – Ed.). Each TCС and SP has alert groups, which, by the way, are now increasing. This is also a ‘teaser’ for how we want to reform the system. And these TCС groups must fulfill the plan. Because the system is built that way – if you don’t meet the plan, you go instead of the plan. Accordingly, they start creating mechanisms to cheat this plan. They recruit whoever they can recruit. They come up with schemes where a person is brought in, and they ‘get lost’ – they fake their entry into a training center, they are written off, removed from ‘Obereg’, etc. Because 30 thousand people need to be recruited,” Chmut said.

In his opinion, it is now necessary to mobilize fewer people, but with higher quality.

Earlier, Taras Chmut warned that the front could collapse “at any moment.”

He also advised Ukrainians to plan for the cold season, including considering the possibility of temporarily moving to a village, a small town, or even abroad.
