Ukrainian actor Nazar Zadniprovskyi openly spoke about his marriage to his wife Iryna and confessed what she criticizes him for most often.
The People’s Artist of Ukraine has been happily married for over 18 years. Together with his wife Iryna, they are raising two children – son Mykhailo and daughter Yulia. Despite their long-term relationship, the couple still does not hide that they have completely different personalities. According to the actor, this often becomes a reason for jokes in the family. In particular, his wife dislikes his slowness after exhausting days at the theater and on the film set.
“I am very slow-paced, I like to rest a lot and sleep in, because the theater and filming take a lot of energy. My wife criticizes me for my ‘sluggishness,’ saying: ‘You are slow!’ – and tries to speed me up. But I am not lazy. I just work by the principle: either I do nothing, or I do it perfectly. Of course, Iryna, like any woman, wants her husband to be constantly active. So I sometimes get it for sleeping like a bear in winter!” admits the star of “Novyi Kanal”.

However, the artist himself does not hide that he has long learned to appreciate his chosen one’s temperament. What’s more, he admits that it is her life energy and ability to remain an optimist that inspire him even after many years of living together. He says he still watches his wife with admiration.
“I am still amazed by her activity, she is a real reactor! Once, when we were getting married, I myself was very quick, but with the years everything changes. What impresses me most is her inexhaustible positivity. Iryna is a much lesser skeptic than I am, she knows how to enjoy life. I myself am constantly learning this from her, because otherwise, in our present day, one can go crazy,” shares the actor.
