Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that strikes on the territory of Ukraine are “effective and timely,” and also directly contribute to the advancement of the occupation army at the front.

Putin’s cynical statement is quoted by Russian propaganda media.

According to the head of the Kremlin, systematic attacks on Ukrainian cities allegedly deprive Ukrainian defense industry enterprises of the opportunity to improve their weaponry.

Furthermore, Putin cynically emphasized that such shelling “directly and positively affects the conduct of combat operations” by Russian troops.

We remind you that Putin is preparing new strikes on Ukraine in winter, the targets have already been identified. Ukraine must realistically assess the threat it will face in the coming months. Attacks on the country in winter may become the most difficult challenge of the war.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement about two scenarios for the development of the war in winter. According to him, it is either about peace negotiations with Russia or further escalation of the war. At the same time, he stressed that the Ukrainian authorities consider ending the war through negotiations as the priority scenario.
