President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree introducing new restrictive measures against companies and individuals assisting the Russian military in circumventing limitations and supplying equipment for its defense industry.
This was reported on the website of the President of Ukraine.
Ukraine Imposes Sanctions on Companies — Who Is on the List
Twenty-three companies and 20 associated individuals are subject to the new restrictions. All of them contribute to the operations of Russia’s military-industrial complex and security forces.
Specifically, the list includes:
-
Kidma Tek — an enterprise that manufactures optical instruments, air defense systems, and multiple launch rocket systems, as well as repairs aviation and anti-tank guided missiles.
-
Morozov Machine Building Design Bureau (part of the sanctioned Rostec corporation) — produces explosives, rocket fuel, and materials for missile systems, supplying solid fuel charges for the “Iskander-M” ballistic missile engine.
-
Specelectroncomplect — a company involved in the production of guided air-to-air missiles.
-
Aurum — an enterprise that supplies electronic warfare (EW) systems and drones to Russian occupation forces.
Additionally, the sanctions affect Russian IT enterprises that develop digital solutions and information security software for government and private clients.
“We are continuing systematic work to implement sanctions against arms manufacturers, particularly ballistic missiles, and other companies that support the Russian military-industrial complex. Every enterprise that loses access to components, technologies, or funding will produce fewer ballistic missiles, drones, and other weapons for the war. The more states join such restrictions, the weaker Russia’s capabilities will be to strike Ukraine,” stated Vladyslav Vlasiuk, Advisor to the President on Sanctions Policy.
