This was announced by the Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD) at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine via Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.
“Information has appeared in the media suggesting that a Belarussian Airlines IL-62 cargo plane was detected on the ‘Flightradar24’ service today, allegedly entering the Chernihiv region, and after some time, ‘crossed the Ukrainian-Moldovan border’,” the publication states.
It is noted that this information is untrue, and no Belarussian Airlines aircraft has crossed the Ukrainian border. The Center has received confirmation of this from military sources.
The CPD adds that the corresponding route displayed on ‘Flightradar24’ was likely a system error.
No aircraft entered Ukrainian airspace.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the CPD debunked a new Russian fake about 2.4 million losses in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
