Більше 1,4 мільйона загиблих і поранених: у НАТО озвучили шокуючі цифри втрат російських військ

Colossal losses of enemy manpower in Donbas have undermined the combat capability of the aggressor and forced Western analysts to radically reassess the offensive potential of the Russian army.

In June 2026, representatives of the North Atlantic Alliance released new data on the huge Russian losses in the war against Ukraine. Despite the fact that the enemy army has already lost over 1.4 million soldiers, the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, remains absolutely unwavering in his aggressive aspirations.

This is reported by “European Pravda” with reference to a high-ranking NATO official.

Huge Losses and the Battlefield Situation

According to the calculations of the Western official, Russia has suffered from 1.3 to 1.45 million total losses, of which about half a million are killed occupiers. Although the enemy has maintained the initiative on the front this year, its local successes have been significantly less stable and consistent.

The Alliance representative also emphasized that the economic situation in the aggressor state continues to deteriorate rapidly.

“In addition, we do not see any signs of significant changes in the pace of combat operations or preparations for a major Russian offensive in the near future due to the reduced effectiveness of Russian troops on the battlefield,” he concluded.

Hottest Directions and Battles for Cities

Currently, Russian invaders continue to operate with extremely high intensity along almost the entire line of contact. The situation remains particularly difficult in the Pokrovsk direction, where enemy units are striving to consolidate their gains and advance towards Dobropillia.

At the same time, occupation forces are trying to take full control of Kostiantynivka, where heavy urban battles are expected in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, the ability of Ukrainian defenders to carry out supplies is seriously undermined by enemy drones, while on the Zaporizhzhia front, Russian advances remain minimal.

Recall that Ukraine has found a vulnerable spot in the Russian army, and the effect is already noticeable on the front lines. Defense forces are increasingly hitting Russian logistics in the rear with the aim of disrupting the supply of the Russian army and reducing its offensive capabilities.
