Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, has once again exploded with propaganda, trying to reassure Russians amidst rumors of a new wave of mobilization.
This was stated by Dmitry Medvedev himself, as reported by propaganda media.

According to Putin’s accomplice, approximately 200,000 people signed military service contracts in the Russian Federation during the first six months of 2026. Furthermore, over 16,000 joined so-called volunteer formations. Additionally, Medvedev announced the recruitment of about 40,000 individuals into newly created unmanned systems troops.
“I also want to note that the corresponding recruitment pace is being maintained in July of this year. Esteemed colleagues, esteemed comrades, based on the results of the first half of the year, the Armed Forces’ personnel needs have been fully met. We will continue to enhance the effectiveness of this work,” Medvedev stated.
To quell the panic among Russians, Medvedev habitually blamed everything on “enemy propaganda.” He also assured that no mobilization is planned in Russia, and calls to sign contracts before the conscription starts are allegedly paid provocations.
According to his claims, any talk about preparing for mobilization in the Russian Federation is allegedly a “lying provocation” and part of some “pre-election propaganda.” Medvedev attempted to convince that such leaks are spread solely to destabilize the situation in the country and sow panic among already intimidated Russians.
“Publications are circulating in a number of social networks, where citizens are urged to sign a contract with the armed forces with the wording: ‘Before mobilization begins, go serve for money.’ It is clear that this is a paid scheme, or a scheme injected by the enemy, but this is just one example,” Medvedev declared.
Concurrently, the Russian official ordered local governors, regional officials, and the Russian Ministry of Defense to intensify their brainwashing of the population to blind them and deceive them with further fairy tales about the absence of forced mobilization.
“I will emphasize once again specifically: there is no need for mobilization whatsoever,” asserts the Kremlin representative.
Medvedev’s advice for Russians — what he ordered them to do
There was also no shortage of the absurd accusations against Ukraine, typical of the Russian politician, with which he tries to justify the huge losses of his own army and shift responsibility for resource deficits.
Furthermore, the Russian official cynically spat venom towards Ukraine, shifting his own problems with the deficit of “cannon fodder” and accusing the Ukrainian side of brutal mobilization. Using dirty rhetoric, he urged Russian officials to more actively conduct “explanatory work” to keep the Russian population from panicking and to convince them of the “real situation.”
Finally, Medvedev praised the Russians who go to die in the aggressive war for money, calling them “patriots,” and expressed hope for maintaining the recruitment rate of cannon fodder.
“Our citizens who enter into contracts for military service are true patriots, people who consider it their personal duty to defend the Motherland from the enemy and are ready to do everything for Russia’s victory in the special military operation,” concluded Medvedev.
